Creating a Corporate Strategy

An article that I wrote about the importance of developing a corporate strategy.  Many organizations find that they do not have the bandwidth to build a proper strategy.  Most sales and marketing executives spend a majority of their time building pipeline and closing deals.  Many do not have the skills and expertise to create a strategy and ignore the process altogether.  The end result is typically flat sales at best.  The only alternative is utilizing the skills and expertise of DaggerFoil Group to build the strategy freeing sales and marketing to focus on building pipeline and closing deals. – See more at:
